About
Mr. Previdi is a founder and Managing Partner of Alliance HP LLC, a real estate operating company operating with over $1 billion in assets located in the Philadelphia and SE Florida markets (see AllianceHP.com). His operational expertise includes acquisitions, development, leasing, financing and dispositions across more than 50 million square feet of commercial space, and he has personally recruited and trained over 200 real estate professionals during his career.
Education
Mr. Previdi received an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, a JD from Georgetown University Law School, and a bachelor’s degree (magna cum laude) in economics from Hamilton College (1982).
Present
Having achieved much of his success through the meritocracy-based US educational system, Mr. Previdi is on the Board of, and highly involved with, a Philadelphia area charity, “Breakthrough”, which assists low-income, highly motivated students in the Philadelphia Public School system to attend both high school and college through a rigorous weekend and summer school-based educational and counselling program. He is also an active “angel investor”, having provided financial assistance to numerous fellow entrepreneurs who just needed “a little gas in their tank” to become a great success (this guidance and financial assurance were provided without compensation to Mr. Previdi). Mr. Previdi is also an avid golfer, skier, road biker and traveller, and has three adult children and two grandchildren.
